Returns

At Grizzly Guy Gear we offer a full 30 day (from date of delivery) worry free no questions asked full Money back guarantee for any reason on any unused or damaged item.

To be eligible for a 30 day money back return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or damaged in shipping. 

To request a return, Email us at mjacob.menendez@gmail.com or click on the “Contact Us” link on our website.

Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number (optional), Email address, Order Number and Order Date along with a quick message that you would like to return your items and need a Pre-Paid Return Postage Label.

Within 24 Hours of your request we will send you an Email with a Pre-Paid printable postage label with a tracking Number. Print the label, attach to the original shipping package and give it to your postal carrier or local Post Office.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds may be granted (if applicable)

Any “used” item returned within 30 days that is not damaged or defective. Any item showing signs of intentional misuse or damage.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery that is not defective.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, within 24 hours we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, bank or PayPal it may take some time before they officially post the refund.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us as soon as possible at mjacob.menendez@gmail.com or with the “Contact Us” link on our website and we will take care of the problem as fast as we can.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only the sale price payed (not the full non-sale price) will be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We know online purchases are tricky, if you need to return an item that is the wrong size for a larger or smaller item as a replacement, send us an email at mjacob.menendez@gmail.com or click on the “Contact Us” link on our website.

Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number (optional), Email address, Order Number and Order Date along with a description of the reason for the exchange for a Pre-Paid Return Postage Label.

In the event that your item is no longer available from one of our manufactures, suppliers or vendors, we will offer, at your choice, a full refund or a similar item of similar value and price.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver upon return.
